My welder. Used mostly flux wire and recently added a gaz bottle and welding
is muuch easier. Its a Mastercraft from Canadian Tire, bought used and well used.

My compressor. Its an old DevilBiss, 35 Gallon 2 hp.

Rented a Tow-Dolly from U-haul, towed with my Westfalia 1973 from st-ephrem de beauce (QC).

Rims been blasted and painted, new tire, removed rusty rockers, Doglegs fell apart!.

Summer 2001
Front section, removed rusty front floor part

Cleaned and POR15 treated on the Frame.
Gas tank restored by a professionnal shop

Winter-Spring 2002
Cargo floor replaced

Outrigger before and After!!

Side view, frame with POR15, pillar, outrigger and rocker all new and welded

View from the engine bay, the passenger side corner still has to be done!

Nose work and test fit of MetalWizard part(www.metwiz.com)

Axle Beam swap from the 60 to a 66. Better brake, cheaper brake cylinder and link pin!
Winter 2003
Test fit for a used 1960 dogleg. Its not in perfect shape but fit way better than aftermarket one

Spring 2003, New house and new garage built by me and my brother in law
My new garage and the nose skin ready to be done

October 2003: Stuck Drum. Tried professionnal pullers, havent move from an inch!

December 2003: Have cut it to remove the brake componement, tried to cut all the drum...
...but finally, i ended removing the Reduction Box cover ...using a hammer the cover AND the drum still
attached falled on the ground.Then,using a 3 ton press, i was able to get rid of the old drum. While im there
i'll change all the bearing and gasket of the Reduction Box.
January 2004: Finally the big nose job is starting...
March 2004: Welded the bullet, then sent the nose to a body shop to repair lower section
